If your relationship with cooking and/or baking has become yet another victim of your eating disorder or disordered eating habits, we would love to help! We sometimes find that those who once loved cooking no longer do so because it is layered with complex feelings and rituals. Equally commonly, some clients begin to cook or bake more often with the development of disordered eating patterns, in service of or as a result of disordered eating habits. There are many ways disordered eating patterns manifest in the kitchen that fall between these two extremes, as well. We have extensive experience supporting clients to challenge and transform their relationships with cooking and baking.
We also offer basic cooking lessons in one-hour sessions to those who are simply looking to learn or refine their cooking skills.
